Essential Coordination
For the couple who has a handle on all the planning and booking of vendors but wants to enjoy their wedding day and certainly doesn’t want their family and friends working it either! We begin as soon as you book with an event details meeting to make sure the ball is rolling in the right direction. Then we step in 4-6 weeks prior to the big day to assure all the details are in place and their wedding day unfolds seamlessly.
The Partial
You may have booked a few vendors but are stuck and overwhelmed with all the logistics of planning a cohesive, elegant affair. This package steps in 6-8 months prior to your wedding and assists in booking vendors and planning out your perfect day. With monthly check ins and custom to-do lists, we offer everything you need to keep your planning process on track and stress free.
This package includes all of the Essential Coordination services.
The Full
You’ve dreamed of the perfect wedding, you’ve said “YES!”, now what?! We are by your side from “She said YES”, to “I do”, with budget management, handling vendors, negotiating contracts and custom design. We’ve got it all covered! Your wedding is like our own and no detail is left untouched.
This Package includes all of both Essential Coordination & Partial Planning services.
